The Grange Music Series presents…The Valley Youth Music Spectacular!

Our headliner, Flapjacks!, is a Jazz Combo featuring four of Cedarcrest High School’s Jazz Band Super Stars. With Nate Bergman on piano, Carissa Allik on trumpet, Alex Coon on bass, and Slater Swart on Drums, Flapjacks! will have your head bobbing, your toes tapping and your face smiling with their soulful and adept takes on jazz and funk classics from across the decades. Think Jazz is a thing of the past? Think again, my friend! These kids are ready to show you the bright future of this amazing music!

Carnation’s own Oliver Stivers will blow your mind and warm your heart with his amazing fingerstyle acoustic guitar renditions of familiar favorites. Both a performer and a music engineering student, Oliver lives and breathes music and you’ll be swept away by his talent and passion.

Opening band, Three Moons, is a 3-piece pop outfit comprised of Tolt Middle School students Rowan Suchyta on guitar and vocals, Kelsey Niehl on guitar and bass, and Clara Larson on keys and vocals. Charmed, I’m sure you will be by these kids and their incredible musical chemistry! Offering their take on radio favorites from today and yesterday, Three Moons will amaze and delight you. Be ready to lean over to your neighbor and whisper, “I love this song!” again and again.
