Join the Grange in celebration of Slow Food and Spring!
The Grange proudly wears Slow Food’s “Snail of Approval” badge, given to restaurants which source whole ingredients thoughtfully, and restaurants that cook and craft by hand. The Grange is one of very few restaurants in the region with this title!
This May, we band together with fellow Snail of Approval restaurants across the country to honor Slow Foods dedication to the art of eating well. For the week of May 13th-17th, The Grange’s ingredient theme will be foraged food: we will collect and create with wild ingredients from our surrounding forests and wetlands, and source wild mushrooms foraged by skilled hunters. Come taste these feral flavors and raise a glass to the wonderful Slow Food!
