Highside Distilling Tasting!

Highside Distilling, a small family run distillery on Bainbridge Island, will be bringing their Gin, Whiskey, and Amaro for sampling and to share their lore. Heather will be making a cocktail to sample as well! Highside’s mission is “to provide a uniquely Pacific Northwest experience to the time-honored craft of fermentation, distillation, and aging of spirits. Whether it be Single Malt Whiskey, Gin, or Amaro, all of our products are a nod to tradition, with a unique character that captures and defines the spirit of this great region.”  Trust us when we say that you can taste the forest in the Sunset Hill PNW Amaro!
