Private Events & Party Rentals

Built in 1926, the Grange Hall is one of the oldest buildings remaining in Duvall here in the beautiful Snoqualmie River Valley.  The handsome white and black-trimmed clapboard building has served many purposes over the years, but now its spacious interior and wood-fired oven are home to refined, yet casual cuisine focused on ingredients sourced from the Grange’s own Hearth Farm and other farms within our region.

Small Group Reservations

For parties of 14-24, we offer the Salon and Farm Tables section of the Grange.

Based on your group's needs and preferences, our chef will create a set menu using what is available from farm and field. (Please see food and drink options below.) *Supplemental charges apply.

In keeping with our seasonal and local approach, ingredients and dishes change regularly.  We are happy to discuss options with you in advance.

Weeknights and Sunday: $300/3 hours; $75 per additional hour Weekends: $375/3 hours; $100 per additional hour

Alterations to your booking/party can be made up to 2 days prior to your event.

SALON & DINING ROOM
We offer full space rental for large parties, or salon/bar/farm table, depending on size of your party.

Private Events & Wedding Receptions

For parties greater than 24, the entire restaurant should be utilized for your celebration.

This includes all indoor space (bar, farm tables, salon, dining room, children’s play area) and outdoor covered deck. Seating for 60 inside; 80 inside/outside.

Food & Drink

Pricing does not include 8.6% Sales Tax and 20% to cover event planning, staging and gratuity.

For group events we offer different price points based off of our current restaurant menu and what is available from our regional farmers at any given time of year.  We are happy to work with you to create a menu that fits the needs of your group.  Allergies and special dietary needs are taken into account as requested in advance.

Seasonal Menus For Your Private Event

FAMILY STYLE SERVICE 

  • $35 per person: Platters, salads, pizzas
  • $55 per person: Platters, salads, pizzas, roasted vegetables, choice of roasted chicken or braised pork shoulder, choice of sorbet or ice cream
  • $75 per person: Platters, salads, roasted yukon gold potatoes, pizzas, roasted vegetables, choice or roasted chicken or braised pork shoulder, specialty dessert, coffee/tea service
  • For entire restaurant rental: food minimum $1200; drink minimum $800

DRINKS  

  • Bar Option #1:  $18/person for 2hrs  $24/person for 3hrs
    This covers beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
    This is a set $ amount unless you choose to extend the time of the event.
    This option includes a limited selection of drinks that are determined in advance.
  • Bar Option #2:
    We ring up drinks individually at the bar as we go and so you have a running total that you can check in on at any time.
    This option can range from a limited selection of drinks up to a full bar at your discretion.
    Minimum bar charge for Option #2—$300

ADDITIONAL COSTS
All events are subject to 8.8% sales tax and a 20% administration fee which is based on the food & beverage total. The administrative fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset ancillary expenses associated with the planning and administration of this event. Additional gratuity is not expected.
